These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service Me website and the Service Me platform (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for any activity that happens on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, reverse engineer the platform, or use them to send unsolicited communications, infringe intellectual property, or store unlawful content.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes will not apply to your current paid term. Taxes are added where applicable.
4. Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display Customer Data solely as needed to operate the Services for you. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, designs, logos, and content we provide, are owned by Service Me and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or temporarily suspend features for security or stability reasons.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continuing the relationship would expose us to legal or security risk. Upon termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Service Me will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
